1421 Clothing Stores, Inc. has been in the business of fulfilling women's apparel needs with full
customer satisfaction for over 20 years.  One of the reasons is because of our very fair store policies.  
While shopping on our online site, there are conditions that you the consumer should be aware of.  






- FORMS OF PAYMENTS -

We only accept the following forms of payment:  VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER and PAYPAL.
Please note that we do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders or ship C.O.D. for all online purchases.  

PAYPAL Payment:

If you prefer to use the PAYPAL form of payment and you do not have an account with PAYPAL, please click here to go
to PayPal's website to sign up for an account.  The sign-up PayPal sign up process takes a few minutes.  

If you prefer to use PAYPAL as a form of payment and you do have an account with PAYPAL, our PayPal payment
methodology is shop1421@yahoo.com.

- BILLING -

TOTAL ORDER BILLED POLICY

Your bill reflects the completed order total.  This includes any taxes charged, shipping & handling, discounts, and
coupons.   Your bill will only include items that are available.  Items that are available are on a first come first serve
policy.  As we do have a completely stocked inventory, we also do sell our products fast.  This is why your bill will only
reflect the items available.  The cost of Shipping & Handling will be added to your total purchase.







- ORDER FULFILLMENT -

Once you submit your order, it will undergo our fulfillment process.  You will receive an order confirmation via
email.  Please verify that your selections are correct.  Afterwards, your order will be fulfilled within 5-7 business
days after you submit your order.  Upon completion of the fulfillment process, 1421CLOTHING.COM will inform you of
the shipment date via email.   It is important that you provide us with your email.  


- ORDER CONFIRMATION -

Your order is confirmed via email.  You will receive a confirmation email once after you submit your purchase and
the second time after we have placed your order into shipping.  In the second email, you will receive a shipping
tracking number through your preferred method of shipment.






- RETURNS -

All returns are effective after receipt of original item in it's original shipped condition.

1.  Package the original item in box safely and securely
2.  Highlight the item to be returned on the invoice
3.  Complete the return form attached with your invoice
4.  Place the invoice in the box with the item to be returned
5.  Enclose the box securely and neatly with packing tape
6.  Drop off or arrange a pickup for the package at your preferred carrier

For return credits, please allow 3-4 weeks for your refund or credit, we'll issue a credit to your original method of
payment less shipping and handling charges once the item is received in the original condition it was shipped to
you. Please allow 1-2 billing statements for your credit to appear.   Please neatly and securely package your item and
ship through UPS, USPS, or FEDEX  (the return shipping method is your choice).

-TRACKING RETURNS AND EXCHANGES -

Like your orders, returns can be tracked.  It is your responsibility to track your order.  You can do so by keeping the tracking
number through your preferred method of shipping back to us.  All forms of shipment have a tracking number.  Follow their
tracking methods accordingly.



- EXCHANGES -

All exchanges are effective after receipt of original item in it's original shipped condition.

Follow the exchange procedure attached to your shipment.

1.  Package the original item in box safely and securely
2.  Highlight the item to be exchanged on the invoice
3.  Complete the exchange form attached with your invoice
4.  Place the invoice in the box with the item to be returned
5.  Enclose the box securely and neatly with packing tape
6.  Drop off or arrange a pickup for the package at your preferred carrier


Please neatly and securely package your item and ship through UPS, USPS, or FEDEX  (the return shipping method is
your choice).

For EXCHANGE credits, your return credits will be processed immediately upon receipt of the original item.  Please
allow one to two billing cycles for your exchange credit to show on your statement.  Simultaneously, your new item
will be charged after shipment has been confirmed.  Shipping & Handling will not be charged on new purchased item
for exchanges.
